Every product is handcrafted in small batches, so please allow up to 48 business hours for processing. Once shipped, domestic US orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on your location.
Due to the nature of handcrafted skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund or replacement.
