Return & Refund Policy

At Earth & Ash, your satisfaction matters to us. Due to the nature of our products — handcrafted skincare and personal care formulas — we do not offer refunds or returns unless a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. Email ashley@earthandashco.com with your order number and photos of the issue and we'll get back to you promptly.

Return eligibility

Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, reported within 30 days of delivery, and accompanied by proof of purchase. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.

Non-returnable items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products, personal care items, sale items, or gift cards.

EU customers — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. This right does not override our non-returnable item policy except where legally required.
