Every Earth & Ash product is handcrafted in small batches in southern California. Because we make our formulas fresh and with care, please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be processed and dispatched after purchase.
Shipping times
Once your order ships, delivery times vary by destination. Domestic US orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. International orders to Australia, Canada, and Europe may take 10–20 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our hands.
Returns
Due to the handcrafted, small-batch nature of our skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. We encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about a product — we're always happy to help you find the right fit.
Damaged or faulty orders
We take great care in packaging every order, but if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your contact email] with a photo of the damaged item and your order number, and we will issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
