Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to any subscription or recurring purchase made through earthandashco.com.

Subscriptions

Some Earth & Ash products are available on a subscribe-and-save basis, allowing you to receive your favorite formulas on a recurring schedule at a discounted rate. By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you agree to be charged automatically at the frequency chosen until you cancel.

Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled order date. To cancel, log into your account at earthandashco.com, navigate to your active subscriptions, and select Cancel. Alternatively, you can reach us directly via our contact page and we will process the cancellation on your behalf. Cancellations requested after an order has already been processed and charged cannot be applied to that cycle — they will take effect from the following scheduled order.

Modifying your subscription

You may pause, skip a delivery, or change the frequency of your subscription at any time through your account portal. Changes must be made before your next scheduled charge date to take effect for that cycle.

Refunds on subscription orders

Because our products are handcrafted skincare and personal care items, we do not offer refunds on subscription orders unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and we will issue a full refund or replacement.
